Contracting procedure:

The request for a contract can be made by sending the Application for a Contract seen above on the right, by email or by telephoning the number: 900 12 12 00

Once the aforementioned documentation has been received, DISA's Customer Service team will process it and will contact the client within 48 working hours to give the date and time of the inspection visit made prior to the start of supply.

If the inspection visit is favourable, the inspector will hand over to the client the following documents:

  • Contract to Supply Gas.
  • On-site Technical Inspection Sheet.
  • Delivery Note, containing the number and type of gas bottles to be given to the client by DISA's Distribution Agent.

Once this documentation is received, the client will be able to call the Distribution Agent to order the gas cylinders and accessories.

The Distribution Agent will deliver the order within a period no longer than 48 hours and will proceed to charge the client for the amounts owed for the service contracted, as well as for the products supplied (gas cylinders and accessories) in accordance with current prices at that moment.

These applications are relevant to those clients who already have a gas supply service and would like to contract an additional gas cylinder(s). The request for a contract can be made by sending the Application for a Contract that can be seen above, on the right, by email or by telephoning the number: 900 12 12 00

  • This will happen whenever the client is already listed as a user of the gas supply service.
  • If this is not the case, DISA will inform the client that before the gas cylinders requested can be supplied, an inspection visit is required in order to register the client's gas installation for the supply of gas.

In the case of clients wanting to cancel the gas supply service, they should contact the Distribution Agent in their area so they can come and collect the gas cylinders in the client's possession.

No money will be refunded on the return of the gas cylinders.
